From the Author:
1. Describe what you liked or disliked about the writing style.
I write the way I like to read. Everything was not described in numerous pages but left up to the reader to create the surroundings/people the way the reader envisioned it. Also, the entire book was intentionally written in first person. While the character list is short, I felt there was so much going on in Lizzy's life the need to visit the other characters in their homes would have confused or possibly taken away from the connection I wanted you all to feel for Lizzy.

2. What emotions did the story evoke?
I would have to say every emotion I have. Even writing the story I laughed, cried, got angry and happy again. I rode the emotional rollercoaster even though I knew where the characters were going and that was shocking even to me.

3. If you could change one thing about the story, what would it be and why?
I did change one major thing in the story and that was the ending. You read the second ending. The original ending will be reworked and appear in the series at a later time.

4. Did any character have any relevance to you? Who? Why?
Pam Wallace and Grace Jenkins. Both of these characters were based on two incredible women in my life. Cancer and Alzheimer's disease did take them from me so it was my memories of their struggles I built the characters around.

5. At the beginning of the story Lizzy waivered at times between wanting Aunt Tanya there but then again just wanting her to go away. Could you relate to her turmoil?
I can relate to Lizzy's turmoil. She had always had her mother or grandmother to lean on and she really was afraid at first. Lizzy also wanted to give her mother peace of mind concerning her sister.

6. During the final courtroom scene between Lizzy and Tanya- were you expecting what Lizzy did? Would you agree or disagree with Lizzy's decision?
I would have to agree with her decision because through it all Lizzy grew so much as her own person. She could see how the fight would make her no better than Tanya.

7. What explanation would you give for Spencer's find at the flea market? Do you think Tanya thought about what Lizzy said in the courtroom?
I will let you decide! I've heard everything from she fell on hard times to she felt guilty. To explain that any further might give too much away to anyone visiting my site who hasn't read the novel yet. If you are really curious what I believe happened please email me, kt-archer@hotmail.com, give me your thoughts and I'll reveal mine.

8. Who was your favorite character? Why?
I love them all because they are my creations BUT if I had to pick just one it would be Grace Jenkins. She had so much spunk and innocense at the same time.
